Majors and Programs

Professional Communication

You like nothing better than passionate editorials that inspire people to take action on current issues. You keep a journal ... faithfully. You're a secret (all right, not so secret) poet. It was your unique layout for the school yearbook that won the publisher's prize. Under your direction, your school developed a marketing campaign that raised enough money to foot the bill for the senior class trip to Japan. You see yourself as the networker, the central player in a major corporation, someone who defines your company's printed image, or manages public relations, or facilitates corporate communications. If communicating images and information sounds exciting to you, then consider all the options Iowa State has to offer.
