Computer and Mathematical Sciences

Nothing makes you happier than solving a complex equation. Perhaps you see yourself as a pioneer on the job, developing innovative methods to evaluate strings of genetic information. You thrive on detail, calculating the return on your investments into the next millennium. You love working with numbers because, unlike poetry and irregular French verbs, numbers make sense to you. If you see patterns and formulas as a way of investigating and understanding the world, then you might investigate one of the math or computer science programs at Iowa State University.
