International Diversity Scholarship

The International Diversity Scholarship is awarded to 15 incoming freshman and transfer applicants each year that will assist our university in it's goal to further develop the diversity of our student body. This award is renewable for students who continue to be assessed nonresident tuition, maintain continuous full-time enrollment (summer term not included) and maintain a 2.25 cumulative grade point average at Iowa State University. The total award value is $12,000.

Scholarship Requirements

$3,000 per year for up to 4 years
Requirements
Essay Applicants must submit a one-page essay describing how they will contribute to Iowa State's academic and cultural diversity. Essays must be submitted to: Ann Gogerty, Global Recruitment Coordinator.
Service Awardees must serve as Iowa State University International Student Ambassadors for at least one year.
Deadlines May 1 (for summer and fall entry) and December 1 (for spring entry)
