Form issues

The Office of Admissions determines when it will begin accepting applications for a specific term of entry.

If the term is available on the application but not available for submitting until a future date, you must wait until that date to apply.

The Office of Admissions requires answers to specific questions on the application for admission.

If you do not provide answers to required questions, the fields in error will be highlighted in bold red font and provide a label indicating an answer is required. You must complete the required fields before you will be allowed to advance further into the application.

Once an application has been submitted, you cannot edit the application itself. However, you can update your application information using the Change Application form, or by requesting changes be made by our office.

Payment issues

The Office of Admissions strongly encourages you to submit your application online with a credit card payment. The online application is processed much faster than paper applications.

If you begin your application and no longer have a credit card that may be used, follow the instructions below to print your application for admission:

  1. Go to the application activity page and find the application you wish to print.
  2. Click on the View link. The application will be presented in PDF format where it may be printed.
  3. Mail the printed application and application fee to the Office of Admissions.

Note: The application for admission must be mailed to the Office of Admissions with the required application fee. The fee can be paid with a personal check or bankers check. Cash payments are not accepted.

Please try entering your credit card number again. If the issue continues, you may try a different card or you may print your completed application and submit it with your check payment via mail to the Office of Admissions.

The card could be expired, please contact your card issuer for help. You can try to pay online with another card or you may elect to print your application, pay using a check and submit it via mail to the Office of Admissions.

If your payment transaction is declined, you must contact your card issuer for assistance.
