Non-degree - a student who wants to take a few courses for personal enrichment and does not intend to seek a degree. Further information is available here:

PSEOA - the Postsecondary Enrollment Options Act allows high school students who have not yet graduated to enroll in college courses at Iowa State University. Learn more about PSEOA.

Undergraduate - includes incoming freshman and transfer students. Freshman come to Iowa State University right after high school; transfers come to Iowa State after having attending another postsecondary institution.
